Dear Friends,
I have a word for you today from the heart of Abba Father!
Exodus 14:13
But Moses answered the people, “Do not fear! Stand your ground and see the victory the Lord will win for you today. For these Egyptians whom you see today you will never see again.
Today in prayer, I saw a vision. I saw ministers, pastors, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, teachers and all those who have the testimony of Jesus. I saw them standing in the middle of a river surrounded by Alligators. There was no escape. There was a circular current that was swirling around them. Some were standing against the current and there were others who were fighting the current and fell underneath the swoop.
I was there among them. I was standing, but barely. I had no ability to help anyone. It was awful to see and to watch as the Alligators surrounded us all. I felt helpless and prayed for mercy. I cried out for MERCY. It was mercy that kept us all on our feet for the current had the ability to take us under.
Then I looked behind me as I knew God would not leave us to be devoured by the Alligators. I saw an army of angels with weapons of mercy making their way to fight for us. The shout from the army was to STAND UP! STAND!!!! Watch the Lord fight and His angel armies would defeat the Alligators.
This is what I think the vision means:
God is calling you to STAND….to stand with extreme FAITH! STAND ON THE WORD AND THE PROMISES! But there is much more to this than meets the eye. To “stand” means to accept the suffering that has been allowed. Suffering and sorrow are not popular among this generation of Christians. Many believe that if you obey the Lord, and do the things Jesus did, that you won’t suffer or have sorrow. The truth is, when you obey and do the things Jesus did, you will suffer and experience grief and sorrow. The truth is, when you don’t obey, nor do the things Jesus did, you will suffer and experience great grief and sorrow. Suffering is a part of life to those who walk with Jesus and to those who don’t. Being a believer in Jesus doesn’t mean you are free from the pain of grief and suffering. However, there is purpose in your suffering and as a believer you have a hope!
James 1:2-4 New American Standard Bible
2 Consider it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials,
3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.
4 And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Counting it all joy: xará; means that God extends His favor toward you, he is leaning toward you. You are favorably disposed! It is an awareness of God’s grace, favor; joy, toward you: grace recognize.
Another word for counting it all joy is acceptance. When you accept, even embrace, the key of suffering, it unlocks untold riches in your life and in the kingdom. Embracing suffering doesn’t mean you will have an unhealthy unbalanced mentality toward difficulties. Rather, you are trusting that God is at work in the situation and you are participating with HIM in the process of bringing forth His purpose through it. Don’t ever stop believing that that Emmanuel is with you and His favor, grace and mercy is surrounding the thing that is surrounding you! The Alligators in my dream were surrounding the “bride of Christ” to devour their faith!
There is a testing to your faith.
Testing of faith, testing in Greek: (dokimos) refers to “what really works” and what is demonstrated when placed in a test through “hard experience,” etc.
Endurance: hypomonē : to endure – to remain under, endurance; steadfastness, especially of God enabling believers to “remain (endure) under” the challenges He allots for them. “Christ-empowered endurance” which enables you to get from “God’s point A” to “God’s point B.”
To remain under the challenge is to accept the challenge.
Power was released in the earth through what Jesus suffered. Jesus accepted the challenge of suffering. So it is with you too. When you accept and embrace the key of suffering, a power is released in the earth.
Your willingness to STAND in the face of trial, to endure with faith, leads to authority in the spiritual realm. As you persevere, waiting and believing for the things God has promised you, you will grow stronger.
Unshakable truths will be planted in your heart that only come out of hardship. Embracing the key of suffering moves you that much closer to Gods purpose and destiny for your life. You cannot get there any other way.
STAND against temptation, stand against the current and systems of the world. Stand on the Word, Stand on the promise, Stand on FAITH!
In my vision, I saw Alligators ……The Alligators are the devil and his demons. Their purpose is to devour your faith!
Alligators hunt at night usually in murky, heavily vegetated swamps and tropical rivers. They are “ambush” hunters, often surprising their prey out of nowhere. They use their sharp teeth and strong jaws to catch its prey and then drag it underwater to devour it. Then perform a “death roll” a method of spinning and biting the prey.
Your enemy the devil is patient toward you to devour your faith! His purpose is to perform the death roll with your faith clamped shut in his jaws!
But God is calling you now to STAND FIRM! Don’t let anxiety pull you under, don’t let pain and suffering pull you under where you lose your faith! Don’t let the current of anxiety from suffering take you under. But Stand! Remain standing. Accept the trial, accept the challenge, knowing that Abba God is near to help you!
The current is the systems of this world that operate under anxiety and fear. Its purpose is to steal and devour your faith through suffering and sorrow.
Each person is given FAITH…..mercy and grace in the midst of suffering and sorrow. I saw Jesus with much compassion toward those who had fallen under the weight of the current. He reached down his hand to pull them out of delusion, a false belief or opinion. He is raising up a generation to STAND!
Who will take His hand?
Who will say, ”YES LORD, I WILL GO, YES LORD, I WILL STAND, YES LORD, I WILL SUFFER, YES LORD, I WILL LOVE YOU MORE THAN I LOVE MY OWN LIFE?”
When you say, “YES” there is a power that is unleashed that is unexplainable that will cause you stand against the strongest current and keep you safe from the alligators that are trying to devour your faith!
The KEY is: The Blood of the Lamb, the Word of your testimony, and loving Jesus more than you love your own life. Accepting His will, and the way He is writing your beautiful story! Suffering will reveal God’s glory in your life! Don’t give up nor give in!
Remember there is an army of angels with weapons of mercy making their way to fight for you. Jesus is praying for you that your faith will not fail you! There is a shout from the God of angel armies to STAND UP! STAND!!!! Watch the Lord fight for you and His angel armies will conquer the Alligators.
