Dear Friends!
I have a word for you today, and please read to the very end because I have something to share with you that is very important. But first, I want you to know that GOD IS AT WORK!
As the song says, “even when I don’t feel it…you’re working, even when I don’t see it you’re working, You never stop working…..”
God is doing a new thing!
The new thing is not repetition of the old, but it something new, will you not know it?
The Lord wants to do something NEW in YOU too!
Isaiah 43:18-19 New Life Version
18 “Do not remember the things that have happened before. Do not think about the things of the past.
19 See, I will do a new thing. It will begin happening now. Will you not know about it? I will even make a road in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
Jeremiah 29:11… I know the plans I have for you says the Lord, Plans to prosper you and give you a hope and a future. ……
Sometimes before God does a new thing, you might feel a breaking, or maybe even a “ripping out” or piercing pain. You may not understand the pain, but I believe God is preparing you to prosper! Preparing you for the new thing!!
Did you know that the word “to prosper” literally means to experience a break-through so you can break forth and break out!
Your “breaking” will usher in a “breakthrough”.
You’re not here just existing. God wants you to prosper in your spirit, soul and body! He wants to touch the work of your hands! He wants to touch the depths of your soul! He wants to touch your body and heal you of all your wounds!
He wants you to experience a breakthrough that tears down all those barriers that have been holding you back!!
He wants you to break forth where your past is now behind and not before you! GOD WANTS YOU TO MOVE FOWARD!!! Don’t live your life looking in the rear view mirror.
As you are moving forward, you have to understand that God’s ways are different than your ways, and his thoughts are different from your thoughts.
God thinks different! He sees according to his plan!!!
Isaiah 55:8-12
8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and My ways are not your ways,” says the Lord.
9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.
10 The rain and snow come down from heaven and do not return there without giving water to the earth. This makes plants grow on the earth, and gives seeds to the planter and bread to the eater.
11 So My Word which goes from My mouth will not return to Me empty. It will do what I want it to do, and will carry out My plan well.
12 You will go out with joy, and be led out in peace. The mountains and the hills will break out into sounds of joy before you. And all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
Sometimes when God starts to work His plan, it will mess up YOUR plans!!!! God doesn’t have a plan B, He has Plan A…A Plan….that HE is working behind the scenes of your life right now!
Psalm 33:11 Man’s plans will fail but the plans of the Lord will stand forever.
God will bring it forth His perfect plan….as long as you don’t give up!
God is at work in YOU!!
Philippians 2:13, NASB for it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.
My prayer for you is this, that God will confuse and frustrate the plans of the enemy…as ONLY HE CAN! And that He will take what the enemy meant for evil and TURN IT FOR YOUR GOOD!!
GOD IS WORKING ALL THINGS TOGETHER FOR YOU GOOD.
GOD IS AT WORK AND HE’S WORKING IT FOR YOUR GOOD!
Romans 8:28, NASB And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
YOU HAVE TO STAND IN CONFIDENCE…the same God that started this work in you will FINISH IT!! HE IS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF YOUR LIFE!
Philippians 1:6, ESV And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ
NOW, My friends, please have an ear to hear what I am about to tell you. God has been at work, doing a NEW thing in our lives. There are several new things taking place and I want to share them with you.
- This is my last podcast with Charisma. I did not renew my contract. - I will be taking off the whole month of February because we are moving.
- We are moving out of state to Florida. Like I said, God is doing a new thing.
This move is SCARY and exciting, PEACEFUL and painful!!
But the Lord is my HELPER
Hebrews 13:6, NIV So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
THE BIBLE SAYS LET THE WEAK SAY I AM STRONG!
I feel weak, I feel sad, I feel excited, I feel hopeful, I feel God in it!
I wanted to say THANK YOU for all my supporters. I will need you more now than ever before.
I will start back the podcast on March 6! I feel I will start the work of an evangelist as well as a podcaster. I feel God doing many things in our home. I have many more books in me to write and even songs. I will need your help, encouragement and support!!
Psalm 27:13-14 New Life Version
13 I would have been without hope if I had not believed that I would see the loving-kindness of the Lord in the land of the living.
14 Wait for the Lord. Be strong. Let your heart be strong. Yes, wait for the Lord.
I am confident of this: Philippians 4:19, And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Please keep me in prayer as we make this very hard transition. And I will be praying for you too!!! REMEMBER….GOD IS AT WORK!!
